Terms of Service

1. Service description

RTDashboard is a real-time analytics dashboard designed for Shopify merchants. The service connects to your Shopify store via official OAuth APIs to collect order and revenue data, then presents that data in KPI cards, revenue charts, forecasting models, and AI-generated insights.

RTDashboard also supports optional integrations with the following third-party platforms:

• Stripe Connect — to display payment processing fees, net payouts, and fee breakdowns alongside Shopify revenue.
• Klaviyo — to show email campaign performance metrics (open rate, click rate) and revenue attributed to email campaigns within a 7-day attribution window.
• Google Ads & Meta Ads — to import ad spend, calculate true ROAS, and display net profit after advertising costs.

Additional features include a real-time order feed with 15-second polling, multi-store support (subject to plan limits), and a referral programme that rewards merchants with free subscription months.

RTDashboard is a reporting and analytics tool — it does not process payments on behalf of merchants, fulfil orders, or operate your store.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or exfiltrate data from the platform beyond your own account data.
• Resell, sublicence, or otherwise commercialise access to the service without our written consent.
• Share account credentials with users outside your organisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

3. Subscription and billing

RTDashboard offers a free tier with limited functionality and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, and Agency). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. For details on refund eligibility and how to request a refund, please see our Refund Policy.

The free tier is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees. Paid plans include a commercially reasonable uptime commitment of 99.5% measured monthly.

4. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of your store data. RTDashboard acts as a data processor on your behalf — we access your Shopify data only to provide the analytics service you have subscribed to. We do not claim any intellectual-property rights over your store's order data, customer data, or revenue figures.

Any insights, charts, or reports generated by RTDashboard based on your data are for your use. Aggregated, anonymised benchmarks derived across many merchants (e.g. "industry average order value") do not contain individually identifiable store data.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all store integrations and requesting account deletion from Settings or by emailing legal@rtdashboard.com. Upon termination all your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

RTDashboard may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or if continued service would expose RTDashboard or others to legal or operational risk.

6. Limitation of liability

RTDashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTDashboard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RTDashboard in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

RTDashboard does not guarantee the accuracy of analytics or forecasts. Business decisions made based on dashboard data are solely your responsibility.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
